Colleen Baldwin for Marshall Town Board
My name is Colleen Baldwin and I am running for the Marshall Town Council in this November's election. I am currently serving on the Town Board filling a vacant seat.
Prior to my appointment I had regularly attended the monthly Board meetings and I had served as Chair of the Town's Parks & Recreation Committee. I continue to Chair that Committee, but do so without pay. I have also served as the President of the Waterville Fire Department's Ladies Auxiliary, as well as a Community Member for the Waterville Ambulance.
My husband Dennis and I own and operate a dairy farm in the Town and both our children live here. My work experiences began with waiting tables for Joan McNamara in the Deansboro Diner, and for the past 33 years I have worked for the Hartford Insurance Company in their Records, Billing and Claims Departments. All of these experiences drove home the importance of hard work, accountability and integrity.
I strongly believe that my life and work experiences, my deep family roots and record of community service make me the best candidate for the Marshall Town Council, and would allow me to continue to work with the rest of the Board on the many issues we face. I need voters to vote for me in the November 2019 election. I will continue to bring accountability, energy and integrity to my position, and I will always remember to speak up and stand up for the people in the community I serve.
