David Yablon for Marshall Town Justice
David grew up on Long Island and graduated from Syosset High School in 1972. He went on to study at the University of Miami and graduated in 1978
with a BBA degree majoring in accounting. He received his CPA certificate in 1980 and went to work at the IRS and at two of the largest international
CPS firms. He became a partner at a regional CPA firm in White Plains, NY and has since semi-retired, still taking care of some of his favorite clients.
He has always concentrated on individual and small business income taxation and has given many speeches to clients and other interested parties.
In 2021, David moved to Waterville near a farm where his wife Debbie grew up. He is currently on the Planning Board of the Town of Marshall is an alternate on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
When he is not working, you can find him at Colgate University exercising at the Trudy facility or on Route 31 near Oneida Lake riding his bike.
As a Town Justice, his promise to you is that he will dedicate himself to being a conscientious, fair judge and serve with great integrity.
